Our Main Function Room with Bar, Stage and Seating is available for Hire to Members, subject to availability.

The Calendar Below is new (From March 2025) and is still being updated from our old diary system, but soon it will let you see when the Room may be free to hire.

If you wish to Hire one of the rooms at the Club, you can now download/print a form from the “Club Hire” Menu, or pop in the Club to get one.

Completed forms can be handed in at the Club or can also be emailed to secretary@becclescaxtonclub.co.uk.

An online version will be available soon to automate this process for you.
